A few things we are proud of: 99.99% inbox placement (industry average is closer to 96%), 0.4% average bounce rate with validation enabled, 0.02% average complaint rate. SOC 2 Type II, GDPR DPA, HIPAA available. Open source core.
A few things we are still working on: faster onboarding for enterprise accounts, better self-serve deliverability tooling, deeper integrations with the major CRM and CDP platforms.
