Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Prohibited content

You may not use Inbox OSS to send: spam (any unsolicited bulk message), phishing, malware, illegal content, content promoting violence or discrimination, or content infringing third-party rights.

Prohibited practices

You may not: harvest or scrape email addresses, use purchased lists, hide your identity in From/Reply-To headers, evade unsubscribe mechanisms, or send to addresses on our suppression list.

Required practices

You must: obtain explicit consent before sending marketing email, include a clear unsubscribe mechanism in marketing email, accurately identify the sender, and process unsubscribes within 10 business days.

Industry-restricted content

Some industries require additional approval: adult content, cannabis, cryptocurrency, gambling, pharmaceuticals, and political email. Contact compliance@inbox.onesourcesoft.com for review.

Enforcement

We monitor abuse signals, complaint rates, and bounce rates. Accounts exceeding 0.3% complaint rate or 5% bounce rate may be reviewed and suspended. Repeat violations lead to permanent termination.

Reporting abuse

Report violations to abuse@inbox.onesourcesoft.com. We respond to abuse complaints within one business day.
