Customer Success Engineer

Be the technical advisor for our biggest customers. Migrations, deliverability reviews, incident comms. Senior IC work, not entry-level support.

What you'll do

  • Lead migrations from SendGrid, Mailgun, and others for new Enterprise customers.
  • Run quarterly deliverability reviews with strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate incident communication when something breaks.
  • Feed customer insights back into product roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • Engineering background — comfortable reading code and explaining it.
  • Direct customer experience at a developer infrastructure company.
  • Excellent written communication in customer-facing contexts.
  • Comfortable being directly responsible for retention.
