Be the technical advisor for our biggest customers. Migrations, deliverability reviews, incident comms. Senior IC work, not entry-level support.
What you'll do
- Lead migrations from SendGrid, Mailgun, and others for new Enterprise customers.
- Run quarterly deliverability reviews with strategic accounts.
- Coordinate incident communication when something breaks.
- Feed customer insights back into product roadmap.
What we're looking for
- Engineering background — comfortable reading code and explaining it.
- Direct customer experience at a developer infrastructure company.
- Excellent written communication in customer-facing contexts.
- Comfortable being directly responsible for retention.
