Deliverability Engineer
Operations Remote · US/EU
Own the deliverability outcome for our entire customer base. Investigate placement issues, tune reputation, build the tooling that lets us scale our deliverability practice.
What you'll do
- Diagnose placement issues across major mailbox providers.
- Work directly with customers experiencing reputation degradation.
- Build internal tooling to surface deliverability signals earlier.
- Maintain relationships with mailbox provider postmaster teams.
What we're looking for
- Direct experience operating high-volume email at scale.
- Deep familiarity with DKIM, SPF, DMARC, BIMI, FBLs.
- Comfortable reading SMTP transactions and DSN reports.
- Excellent at writing customer-facing explanations of complex topics.
