Own the documentation, the API reference, and the long-form content that explains email infrastructure to developers and operators.
What you'll do
- Maintain the API reference and ensure it stays in sync with the live API.
- Write quickstarts, recipes, and runbooks.
- Edit and publish blog content from engineers and the CEO.
- Run docs.example.com analytics and improve based on what users actually search for.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years writing technical documentation for developer products.
- Strong sample portfolio of public API docs or technical guides.
- Comfortable reading source code to verify behavior.
- Editorial judgment — knows what to cut.
